No. Lice live on the scalp, not the carpet, and can't survive more than a day or two off a person's head. A normal wash of pillowcases and recently-worn hats covers it.
How fast can you actually get here?
Most visits start within two hours of the call, including evenings and weekends. If we're genuinely booked, we'll tell you instead of stalling.
Will we need a second visit?
